Helen Phillips won the “Biggest Loser” 2009 and earned $250,000 for her hard work. Helen Phillips entered the competition at age 47 weighing 257 pounds. And Helen’s final weight? 117 pounds! Phillips lost a total of 140 pounds, and 54.47 percent of her body fat!

Helen is the mother of three, and said she fell into the fast food routine. Phillips entered the “Biggest Loser” with her daughter Shanon, who went from 283 to 191 pounds, a loss of 92 pounds or 32.51 percent weight loss.

Jerry Hayes, 64, was eliminated from the show but continued his diet and exercise. Hayes went from 369 to 192 pounds, a loss of 177 pounds, or 47.97 percent weight loss.
