According to the lawsuit, in 2007 Eddie Griffin gave $150,000 to the Jamaica 360 initiative that sends African-American college graduates to the Caribbean.

But Samir Sayegh, who was one of the men that went on the trip, has filed suit against Griffin saying his check bounced.

Sayegh also states that during his time in Jamaica, he was tricked into lending Griffin his credit card to pay for a hotel bill, according to TMZ.

Samir says Griffin used the American Express card to  rack up a $150,000 charge to the main developer of Jamaica 360. This left Sayegh being sued by the credit card company for the overdue payment.

Sayegh is now suing Jamaica 360 and actor/comedian Eddie Griffin.
