Actor and comic Daryl Hury died of brain cancer April 26 in Edinburg, Texas. Daryl was 35. Read more about the life and death of Daryl Hury below.

Daryl Hury attended NYU’s theater department and also studied in Sofia, Bulgaria and Moscow.

Hury has appeared in many plays in Texas, New York, Boston, Moscow, and Los Angeles.  Hury has been in independent films such as “Harold Buttleman, Independent Stunman” and a television film called “A Thief of Time”.

Daryl was a part of the sketch comedy groups Film Pigs and Live, Live, News, News in Los Angeles. Hury also made appearances at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles with his one man show called “2001 Reasons to Live”, and even toured nationally with the show.

Hury survived by his parents and two brothers.
