Sean Penn Filed For Separation From Wife Robin Wright Penn (Photos)

Actor Sean Penn has filed for “legal separation” from his wife Robin Wright Penn after 13 years of marriage on Friday. Read more on this story below.
This isn’t the first time Sean and Robin have had problems in their marriage. Sean Penn filed for divorce back in 2007, but the petition was later dismissed. Then only 3 days later, Robin Wright Penn, 43, filed for divorce.
But last April, they had their petition for divorce dismissed.
It appeared as if the couple was trying to work on their marriage, even attending the Oscars together in February, where Penn took home his second Academy Award for his performance in the film “Milk.”
But people took notice when Sean Penn did not thank his wife and the mother of his two children in his acceptance speech.
