Bear Grylls, the former Special Forces soldier and survival expert went on a two day expedition with comedian Will Farrell in the Swedish wilderness.

“Pairing one of the toughest men alive with one of the funniest will be an absolute riot,” said John Ford, the president of Discovery Channel. “I can’t wait to watch.”

As usual they set out with only the most basic survival equipment. Bear Grylls took Will Ferrell through the paces of real life survival in the mountain and glacier ranges in far north Sweden.

Will Farrell went on the show to promote his upcoming adventure comedy called “Land of the Lost”.  Bear Grylls shows Farrell how to survive, with the guys drinking their own urine and biting into reindeer eyeballs!

“To be able to participate in an episode of Man vs. Wild was a thrill of a lifetime, even though I did get urine-drunk which is sad,” Ferrell said in a statement to Usmagazine.com.

The Man vs. Wild episode with Will Farrell will air in June. We can’t wait!
