Miss California Carrie Prejean VS. Perez Hilton (VIDEO)

Last night Kristen Dalton of North Carolina was named Miss USA 2009, but the big moment of the event was Miss California being questioned by Perez Hilton on gay marriage.
Here is the transcript from the show:
PEREZ: Vermont recently became the fourth state to legalize same-sex marriage. Do you think every state should follow suit? Why or why not?
CARRIE: I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. We live in a land that you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage and, you know what, in my country and my family I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anyone out there but that’s how I was raised and that’s how I think it should be between a man and a woman.
Miss California pretty much cares more for “opposite marriage,” and probably didn’t get Perez Hilton’s vote but still managed to receive first runner-up. Carrie still managed to finish as first runner up in the pageant.
Perez later video-blogged about the incident calling her a “dumb bitch.”
Carrie Prejean was on the “Billy Bush Show” and told the host that her sister is a “gay rights activist.” She’s not gay but she “supports gay people, she supports gay marriage. My beliefs have nothing to do with my sister or my mom, or whatever.” The contestant also said her sister was not upset by her answer to Perez Hilton’s question…
“She was just in my hotel room and she said, ‘Sis, I’m not offended by anything that you said. We have two different opinions and I love you because of it. I love you because you stood up for what was right, and it’s not a matter of being gay or not gay, it’s a matter of you competing for Miss USA and getting a question and answering it to the best of your ability.”

You are so pathetic. First of all, why the hell do they have gay judges at a beauty contest? Your just men that wish you were women. Second, not everyone feels the same about gay marriages. Miss Prejean was not there to please you, she answered the question honestly and should have been judge on articulation not content or belief. Leave it to you flamer to get all upset and out of control (like your lifestyle) to scream and cry about what you feel inappropriate when you shove your (no pun) lifestyle and beliefs up everyone else’s throat just because you feel you have a right.
