David Caruso’s “Baby Mama” Liza Marquez Suing Him For $1.2 Million (Photos)

David Caruso’s ex-girlfriend, Liza Marquez, is reportedly suing him for more than $1.2 million and a house she says the “CSI: Miami” actor promised her. Read more on Liza Marquez’s suit against former boyfriend David Caruso below.

Liza Marquez sued actor David Caruso in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, claiming he promised he would financially support her even after their nearly four-year relationship ended.

In her complaint, Liza Marquez makes Caruso sound like a possessive, jealous boyfriend who was a reluctant father. The lawsuit even states Caruso ended their relationship two days after she gave birth to their second child in October 2007.

But of course Caruso’s attorney, Stephen Kolodny, said in a statement that Marquez’s suit was filled with “false claims” and appears to be in retaliation to the actor recently seeking a change in custody schedules.
