Rob Lowe Wins Huge Victory In Court Over Nanny Case (Photos)

Rob Lowe and his wife Sheryl sued former nanny Laura Boyce, who worked for the couple in 2007, alleging she broke a confidentiality agreement by giving personal details about them.

Laura Boyce said Sheryl paraded around the family home naked, and that she had asked the nanny about the size of her boyfriend’s penis.

The nanny filed a countersuit accusing Sheryl of sexual harassment and seeking compensation for wrongful dismissal and unpaid wages.

Boyce told the court she thought the confidentiality agreement violated her right to freedom of speech and was therefore invalid.

But the judge tossed out Boyce’s claim, ruling the contract was legally binding.

The Lowes are suing Boyce and two other ex-employees, claiming they’re victims of an attempted extortion scheme led by another former nanny, Jessica Gibson.
