Patriarch Of Winans Family David “Pop” Winans Dies (Photos)

David “Pop” Winans Sr., the patriarch of the gospel music family, died Wednesday in Nashville. He was 76. Read more on Pop Winans below.
The Winan family’s rep said “Pop” Winans died at the Nashville hospice where he had been since January. Winans had a heart attack and stroke in October.
Pop Winans sang with his wife and solo. Winans is the father of BeBe and CeCe Winans, known for their pop crossover songs “Addictive Love” and “I’ll Take You There.”
Funeral arrangements were pending.
