Dancing With The Stars’ Shawn Johnson’s Stalker Arrested! (Photos)

An alleged stalker of Olympian Shawn Johnson was arrested Tuesday near the studio of Dancing with the Stars. Police later discovered two loaded guns in the stalker’s vehicle. Read more on the DWTS stalker incident below.
Robert O’Ryan, 34, jumped the fence at CBS Studios in Los Angeles where the DWTS show was being filmed. Security caught the guy and Shawn Johnson’s mother, Teri, received a temporary restraining order again O’Ryan.
O’Ryan was roaming around the studio area and security approached him. At that time O’Ryan admitted he was attempting to meet Shawn Johnson, 17. Shawn Johnson was contacted by security and said she did not know Robert O’Ryan. Then he tried to change his story saying he was there to meet Steve-O (who also didn’t know the dude).
O’Ryan allegedly stated to the LAPD that he had “packed all his belongings and permanently left Florida to drive out here to be with [Johnson],” Teri Johnson wrote in the request for a restraining order. That’s freaking scary huh?
Items found in the man’s car included a loaded shotgun, a loaded Colt .45 handgun and Shawn Johnson memorabilia.
“This incident has caused us severe emotional distress, we have been on the move ever since and have not been able to rest at all for fear that this disturbed person will attempt to make good on his statements and attempt to harm my daughter and possibly us as well,” Teri Johnson added in the papers.
O’Ryan is still in police custody Wednesday. O’Ryan has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Johnson, not to communicate with her and not to harass her parents or dancing partner Mark Ballas. Bail has been set at $35,000.
Johnson’s rep, Susan Madore, tells PEOPLE in a statement released Wednesday: “The matter has been turned over to the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. It is currently an ongoing investigation and we are confident that it will be handled appropriately by all involved.”

Shawn Johnson did not win that contest. The outcome was totally rigged and I am not a huge conspiracy theorist. But I could see the signs, this has been in the cards for weeks.
Melissa and Gilles were much better, gave more adult sexuality and nuance to their dances. Their grace was amazing. Shawn Johnson is built like a fireplug, is under 18 and had no understanding of what these dances are meant to convey.
Last night Shawn landed hard in her first dance, then later used gymnastic moves, no problem with the judges. Then Melissa used cheer leading moves, she lost points for that. Double standard.
Shawn consistently had LESS points than Melissa and Gilles. Yet, somehow, she won.
I don’t believe that someone her age should be allowed to compete in this contest anyway, it should be 21 and older. There are plenty of forums in which younger people can compete, I am tired of all the youth oriented shows. I watched DWTS for adult entertainment, not to watch some kid jump about.
The bias in reality television has been appalling this year because of it’s patent in your face blatancy. Carrie Ann drooled so openly over Gilles I was actually embarrassed for her, and on Idol, Katy Perry’s Adam cape being allowed, and what was said by judges on the talk show circuit went a long way toward proving bias.
There is no way that Allison got less votes than Kris. NO WAY. Yet, off she went. Idol proved how it was fixed from the beginning, with the bouncing of Kristen McNamara whom COULD actually sing, and keeping of Tatiana for ratings.
Screw reality TV, this is my final season. Don’t waste your votes, producers with their own agenda’s are really the people who decide, not you. Don’t believe me? Google some of Steve Wozniaks early comments on the show until he was silenced. You’ll see.
