Three Officers Injured During Shootout At Home Of Reggae Singer Luciano (Photos)

Police report that three officers were injured during a shootout with a fugitive named Andrew Senior, who was inside reggae singer Luciano’s home. Read more on reggae singer Luciano and gunman Andrew Senior below.
Police statements show there was a standoff for over an hour with the gunman, Andrew Senior. Senior ended up being killed at Luciano’s estate in Kingston.
Two of the officers are reported to be in critical condition after Wednesday’s shooting.
Luciano (real name Jepther McClymont) is being questioned by police, but has not been charged with harboring the fugitive, Senior. Andrew Senior is the suspect in several murders.
Luciano, 44, is most well-known for songs such as “Lord Give Me Strength” and “It’s Me Again, Jah.” Luciano’s 2001 album won a Grammy nomination.
