Charles Lewis Jr. (called Mask) reportedly wrapped his $300,000 Ferrari around a telephone pole in Orange County, California. Mask was said to have died at the scene. His female passenger was taken to the hospital.
Police believe the mixed martial arts entrepreneur was racing another man driving a Porsche. The other driver is being held on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter, TMZ has reported.
The TapouT guys included Mask, SkyScrape, and Punkass. The guys are known for their crazy gear, wigs and face paint. They have a reality show where they travel the country scouting and promoting fighters, and for their sponsorship of Spike TV’s UFC reality fight fest, “The Ultimate Fighter.”
Our condolences to friends, family and fans, of “Mask” Charles Lewis Jr.
