Britney Spears Visits Sick Kids At Children’s Hospital & Makes Big Donation! (Photos)

Just before her concert, Britney Spears made a surprise visit to a group of sick children at Miami Children’s Hospital. And the singer also made a nice donation to a good cause. Read more below.

Britney Spears made the appearance at the Miami Children’s Hospital just hours before her performance. Spears, 27, also posed for photos with the children on Saturday.

But that’s not all Spears did good lately. She is also donating $100,000 to the Big Apple Circus Clown Care program, which brings clowns to young hospital patients.

Spears played at the American Airlines Arena in Miami as part of her “Circus” tour.

It seems as if Britney Spears is continuing down a more healthy and happy path lately. What do you guys think of the changes Britney has made over the past year?
