The “Boston Legal” actress, Bowen, is actually having twin boys.

Bowen, 39, and hubby Phillips, a real estate investor, had a son they named Oliver in April, 2007.

Phillips proposed to Bowen on Thanksgiving in 2003 when she starred on “Ed”. The couple got married the following year.
