Born Linda Lou Taylor, the 68 year-old woman has had many different last names the past 50 years.

Although it’s difficult for Linda to remember her husbands in correct order, she does remember her first husband very well. Linda Lou’s first marriage was to George Scott who was 31 years-old and Linda only 16!  The couple stayed married for seven years, making it her longest marriage.

So makes you wonder what her shortest marriage was… well it was 36 hours to Fred Chadwick.

Linda Lou Taylor now goes by the surname Wolfe. She had married Glynn “Scotty” Wolfe , the most married man in the world, as a publicity stunt in 1996. Linda was his 29th wife and Scotty died just before their first anniversary.

Linda has been married to all different kinds of men. She has been married to a convict, a preacher, a musician, bartenders, homeless men, electricians, and even two gay men. She said one husband beat her and many left her.

Being married 23 times hasn’t discouraged Linda Wolfe from marrying again though, she says, “I would get married again,” she told The Indianapolis Star, “because, you know, it gets lonely.”
