Amy Winehouse Hospitalized In St. Lucia (Photos)

Amy Winehouse collapsed and was taken to the hospital in St Lucia. Read more on Amy Winehouse’s condition below.

The troubled singer, Amy Winehouse, has been vacationing on the Caribbean island since early December and was said to have collapsed after being a “shaking mess”.

Winehouse has been staying at the luxury resort to battle her addiction to heroin and crack cocaine, and had reportedly been drinking heavily.

A source told The Sun paper, “She looked in a terrible state, a shaking mess. The people with her were very concerned.”

Amy’s rep did confirm she was in hospital. Supposedly Amy had run out of a drug replacement she has been taking.

Winehouse is said to be recovering well and is expected to leave the hospital soon.
