Wife Swap’s “Worst Husband In The World” Stephen Fowler (Videos)

San Francisco couple Stephen Fowler, a venture capitalist, and Renee Stephens, a weight-loss therapist, appeared on ABC’s Wife Swap, and Stephen Fowler is such a pompous jerk! See video of the “worst husband in the world” below.

Last week Stephen Fowler and Renee Stephens appeared on the ABC reality program, where two very different families trade wives for two weeks. Renee Stephens went to stay with Alan Long, the mayor of a rural Missouri town, and his wife Gayla went to stay at Fowler-Stephens place in Noe Valley, a wealthy area of San Francisco.

You always expect these two very different family types to clash but this time was worse than others.

The pompous British Stephen never tried to play nice. He was downright cruel to Gayla. Most of the time he wouldn’t even speak to her and when he did it was cruel. And Stephen even insulted fat people in general, the very people his wife helps in weight-loss therapy.

Internet message-board commenters nuts on Stephen Fowler, even posting Fowler’s home address, which in turn prompted him to threaten to sue the website where it had appeared. Someone even started a website called stephenfowlersucks.com.

Fowler apologized on Friday  publicy (on his wife’s weight-loss blog) and resigned from the boards of two environmental nonprofits on which he served. His wife also apologized saying that he needed “professional help.”

Anyone else want to punch this dude in the teeth?
