Madonna Wins Court Battle – Will Move Children To New York (Photos)

Madonna will be able to move sons Rocco and David Banda back to New York with her thanks to winning in court. Read more on Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s latest below.

A source told the UK paper, the Sun that Madonna’s ex, Guy Ritchie, was “gutted but resigned” over the court’s ruling.

“I will make sure they are proud of their English roots,” Guy reportedly said.

Reports show that Madonna’s court win in the residency arrangement was temporary, but could become permanent soon.

Madonna will also retain custody of daughter Lourdes, whose father, Carlos Leon, lives in New York.

“He thought he had a real chance, especially as their school is here,” a source told the Sun of Guy. “He desperately loves those boys and is a devoted dad.”

Madonna and Guy Ritchie divorced in November. Guy is currently filming “Sherlock Holmes” with Robert Downey Jr., while Madonna recently announced an extension of her huge “Sticky & Sweet” tour to begin in London on July 4.
