* HUDSON’S BROTHER-IN-LAW INDICTED
JENNIFER HUDSON’s estranged brother-in-law has been indicted on three counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion. William Balfour, the man charged with the murders of Hudson’s mother, brother and seven-year-old nephew, was in court on Tuesday (30Dec08). The 27 year old is to be arraigned on 20 January (09). Prosecutors believe Balfour flew into a rage with his estranged wife Julia, Hudson’s sister, because he thought she was dating other men – and took out his anger on her family. The bodies of Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother Jason Hudson, 29, were found shot to death last October (08) in Donerson’s South Side Chicago, Illinois home. The remains of the Oscar winner’s nephew, Julian, were found in the trunk of a vehicle three days later. Balfour maintains he’s innocent of all charges. (KL/WNWC/KL)R)
