It is supposed to go off for 3.0 and above but for some reason no alarm sounded. Glad it was a relatively small quake so they can try to figure out why the alarm system failed. Time for Seattle to install some ground sensors from QuakeFinder to see if they can assist in the research to pinpoint an earthquake precursor. Seattle buildings/structures are in no way prepared for the 7.0 it could get.
