Britney Spears Gets Restraining Orders Against Sam Lufti & Adnan Ghalib (Photos)

Britney Spears has obtained a restraining order against her former friend Osama “Sam” Lutfi and her ex-boyfriend, photographer Adnan Ghalib, according to court records. Read more on Britney’s restraining orders below.

The orders were received Friday with the documents stating that Sam Lufti, Adnan Ghalib, and attorney Jon Eardley have been attempting to get control of Britney Spears’ affairs.

“On the first anniversary of the establishment of the conservatorship, the co-conservators are informed and believe that these three figures are working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears’ health and well being,” the documents state.

Sam Lutfi was a manager and friend of Britney’s at one time. But Lynne Spears, Britney’s mother accused Lufti of grinding up medication and putting in Spears’ food to try and control her. And of course we’ve all heard of Adnan Ghalib, the paparazzo that dated Britney during her “rough patch”.

The legal documents say that Lutfi attempted to contact Spears in late December by sending text messages to her hairdresser. Then later Sam Lufti began texting Britney and her lawyer, trying to arrange to get together for a meeting.

Not only that, apparently Sam Lutfi also sent “anonymous, harassing and threatening” messages to Jamie Spears, Britney’s father.

The document also said an attorney sent a proposal to remove Spears’ court appointed attorney. He later told Spears’ attorneys that he had been contacted by Eardley and Lutfi, according to the filings. Hmmm… does sound odd huh?

Jon Eardley once claimed to be Spears’ attorney and tried to get her conservatorship case moved to federal court. A phone message left at Eardley’s office was not returned Friday.

Britney and her father agreed not to renew a temporary restraining order that was issued against Lutfi last year when it ended in July. Apparently that is still needed though!

Britney Spears has been under conservatorship for a year now. Of course this has ben expensive in terms of legal fees, but Britney has really made a turn-around in her life after her father’s involvement.
