Geri Halliwell became engaged to her Italian boyfriend Fabrizio Politi after he proposed over the Chrismas holidays.

But get this… the couple has only been dating for about a month!

Geri Halliwell’s spokesperson confirms her engagement saying, “We are delighted to announce the engagement of Geri Halliwell and Fabrizio Politi.”

The pair is in no rush to the altar and the rep said, “There are no immediate plans for marriage as the couple are enjoying their engagement.”

Geri Halliwell has a 2-year-old daughter with British Screenwriter Sacha Gervasi, and has been romantically linked to Robbie Williams and Spice Girls backing dancer Ivan ‘Flipz’ Velez.
