Talk about an awkward moment! Ryan Seacrest attempted to give blind “American Idol” contestant Scott Macintrye, 23, a high five. Watch the video below.
Scott Macintyre is pretty awesome. Macintyre attended college at age 14 and ballroom dances. Scott made it through to Hollywood and emerged from the audition to hug his family. Host Ryan Seacrest held up his right hand for a high-five.
Seacrest ended up reaching down and taking Scott’s hand after his gesture hung midair. Pretty funny stuff!
