Patrick Swayze Hospitalized With Pneumonia (Photos)

Sadly, Patrick Swayze has developed pneumonia and has checked himself into a hospital for observation. Swayze has been battling pancreatic cancer. Read more on Patrick Swayze’s health below.
The news was revealed Friday at a press event for the Television Critics Association in Los Angeles.
“As we arrived here this morning we have some news,” A&E President Abbe Raven told People. “Patrick Swayze has checked himself into the hospital. However, he asked us specifically to go forward with today’s panel. We wish him the very best with his recovery.”
The actor, who is battling pancreatic cancer, was going to appear at the TCA to talk about his new show, “The Beast,” scheduled to air Jan. 15.
But don’t count him out yet.
“Patrick is undergoing treatment and he’s still fighting,” a source tells People. “He felt so bad that he couldn’t be at the TCAs. He’s fighting and doing well, and that’s all anybody can hope for at this stage. He is not at death’s door. Nobody ever knows with cancer, but he’s doing alright.”

I’m praying for Patrick Swayze that God will heal him, for he’s a very speacial person. Even though I don’t know him, I’ve always loved him and watched every movie Patrick has ever made. I can sit and watch them over and over, and I never get sick of watching him. But God knows what’s best for his children and we shoulf never question God’s decision, but I’m hoping for Patrick’s family that he will make it and also for his fans. Patrick hang in there good buddy and don’t give up the faith, for God is with you and he’ll stir you in the right direction. God has got to pull you through this, for you’re a swell person, even though I would loved to have you in person, for I know you have to be a great guy. I remember a guy in Nashville TN in this hotel me, my husband and friends were staying that one of the clerks there said he thought you had checked into the same hotel, but at a different time. Oh!!! How I would love to have gotten the honor of meeting you, getting your autograph & etc. I even got the “Dirty Dancing” CD and I love that song; “She’s Like The Wind” and I play it over and over again, for besides acting, you should have went for singing to.. For you’re awsome.
Please don’t give up, for we all love you very much and I’ll say a prayer to God for you that He won’t give up on you and pull you through.
