It appears as if Kimberly Caldwell is being a naughty girl. It is being reported that Kimberly Caldwell was caught kissing a good-looking bar manager. This is just weeks after David Cook was looking at an engagement ring for her! Read more about Kimberly Caldwell’s cheating below.
Kimberly Caldwell finished seventh on the second season of Idol, and shocked eyewitnesses when she flirted, danced, drank and made out with a guy named Ryan Der at L.A.’s trendy ONE Sunset on Dec. 29th.
“Everyone could see she was really letting loose,” an insider said to Star Magazine. “She and Ryan were laughing together as they threw back beers and vodka cocktails.”
After the flirting, Kim and Ryan were “grinding on the dance floor. They started playfully kissing, but that quickly led to long lip locks until they were full-on making out.”
Many of you ladies that adore David Cook won’t like to hear of Kimberly Caldwell cheating on him. Cook was recently spotted shopping for a $54,000 dollar engagement ring for Kimberly.

Yes, they did in fact break up. He confirmed it on a radio station this morning. and he never was looking for an engagement ring. He said that marriage is a long way off for him. and that he hasn’t known Kim long enough for a ring.

Honestly I do not think he confirmed anything in that radio interview…he didn’t want to talk about it. I heard somewhere else that she broke up with him possibly before the holidays, but that is all I know and it may or may not be true.

fDavid never confirmed on any radio interview that they broke up. Some of you are gettting the info from the boards, and it is inaccurate. Caldwell sent out a bullitin on her myspace saying the story was fabricated.
UUnless there is an official confirmation, I am told they did not break up but Cook is being advised to keep it low profile because he is going out on tour and she is starting a new Idol show.
You all need to get your facts straight.
