Gossip Girl star, Kelly Rutherford, is pregnant but recently filed for divorce from her husband Daniel Giersch. Read more on Kelly Rutherford’s divorce below.

Kelly Rutherford, who is expecting her second child with businessman Daniel Giersch, filed divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court.

According to the papers, which were obtained by TMZ, Kelly cited “irreconcilable differences.”

The couple, who married in 2006, have a two-year-old son, Hermes Gustaf Daniel Giersch. Rutherford’s second child is due in June.
