Lingerie Football League’s Melissa Berry’s Nude Photo Controversy (Photos)

Lingerie Football League linebacker Melissa Jo Berry has nude photos posted on her ex-boyfriend, Mark Dawson’s MySpace and is suing him.  This lawsuit from a chick that prances around half naked? Read more on Melissa Berry’s nude photos below.

The Tampa Bay Tribune recently reported that Melissa Berry said her ex tried to extort, humiliate and hurt her by showing the photographs to her mother and and posting them on MySpace without her permission.

Mark Dawson tells a very different story saying that Melissa, who was previously a dancer at the strip club The Dollhouse had willingly posed for the nude photos.

This is nothing but an ex-girlfriend trying to cause problems. For her to say that these pictures were taken against her knowledge is untrue because she is smiling in them. She takes her clothes off for a living and tells people I am doing all this other stuff. What she’s doing now is creating a drama because there are pictures out there of her.”

Melissa says there’s no way she took those shots knowing they’d be on the Internet. She told the Tribune:

If I wanted to take my clothes off for a living, that’s what I would do. There’s not a photographer that has ever taken those sorts of shots of me. It’s more of a privacy thing. It’s not for everyone else to see.”

This makes not one bit of sense. Melissa Jo Berry worked at a strip club (titty bar(, an models for a bikini company that really doesn’t even show the bikini, and then plays “football” in her lingerie. Hmmm…

Seems like a pretty bogus lawsuit, what do you guys think?
