“Blush” Reality Star Todd Homme Found Dead (Photos)

Reality star Todd Homme, of the Lifetime Channel’s show “Blush: The Search for the Next Great Make-Up Artist” was found dead in his Manhattan home at the age of 23. Read more on Todd Homme’s death below.

Todd Homme’s mother, Marianne Amster, said the cause of death is still under investigation.

Homme, a makeup artist on the Lifetime reality show, was found dead by his partner Neal Krogh, 34. Medical examiners have not yet determined the cause of death. Homme appeared to be in good health, so his death is somewhat a mystery.

Homme’s mother said that her son was very excited about what was going on with the reality show and that he stayed up all night, went to sleep the next day and died in his sleep.

Lifetime is scheduled to air the finale of the show on Tuesday, hosted by Vanessa Marcil, in which nine contestants from around the country compete for a professional artist contract with Max Factor, a cash prize of $100,000 and the opportunity to be the makeup artist for an upcoming InStyle photo shoot. Homme was the Elimination Challenge Winner on episodes one and three.

Funeral services for Todd Homme will be held Wednesday with the burial scheduled the following day at noon.
