MADONNA’S SWIMMING POOL PLAN
First, pop superstar Madonna bought the house nextdoor to her London
home and turned it into a gym. Now the singer is determined to add
further work-out facilities to her house in the countryside. Madonna,
and her husband Guy Ritchie, have applied for planning permission to
build a swimming pool at their �10 million mansion in Wiltshire. The
plans, which will see the luxurious pool built underneath the house’s
expansive garage, have been approved by the local council. (LR/WN/TN)
