13 Going on 30 actor Mark Ruffalo’s younger brother Scott Ruffalo was shot in the head at his Beverly Hills condo early Monday morning, reports People magazine. Scott Ruffalo is said to be in very serious condition in a Los Angeles hospital.

Due to the ongoing investigation by police, Mark Ruffalo’s rep will not give a comment.

Sources are reporting that the shooting occurred at approximately 1:40 a.m. at Scott Ruffalo’s condo on North Palm Drive. Police did confirm there was a shooting but would not identify the victim.

Scott Ruffalo, 39, is a hairdresser who has worked in salons in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills and has held a California state cosmetology license since 1991.
