Is not robbing, raping and killing a woman enough for a death penalty? Is there some reason we as a society need to keep someone like Curtis Lavelle Vance around for ? Maybe so he can one day get parole and do it again ? or maybe he can find religion and say he's sorry ? Personally i am so tired of watching our justice system fail, We still haven't executed that sniper guy who was convicted to death 7 years ago. Why is our justice system so inept ? Why does it take 15 or more years to carry out a sentence of death in this country ? A person who is sentenced to die should get 1 automatic appeal and that's it. Someone who gets convicted and given the death penalty should be executed within 2 years. We need some major changes in our justice system. Why not seek the death penalty ?
