John Mayer Meets Jennifer Aniston’s Father John Aniston (Photos)

Wow! Are things getting serious with Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer? Jennifer has now introduced Jon to her father, John Aniston. Many of you will recognize John Aniston from his Days of Our Live’s soap opera as “Victor”. So does meeting Jen’s daddy mean there could be wedding bells in the future?

John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston met up with her father, John Aniston, 75, and his second wife Sherry Rooney and another older couple at Beverly Hills Hotel’s posh Polo Lounge on Wednesday.

So did John Mayer make a good impression on Jennifer Aniston’s father?

“Jen’s dad seemed very impressed with John and the two got on real well,” an onlooker tells Star.

John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston sat directly across from her father, John Aniston and supposedly “they couldn’t keep their hands off each other,” an eyewitness tells Star. “Jen was constantly rubbing his hair and John was rubbing her back, then every so often they would steal a kiss. They both looked very happy and very much in love.”

Adds another onlooker: “John and Jen held hands under the table. She would put her arm around him and he would reach up and grasp her hands. But John was fidgeting and texting under the table looking a bit nervous.”

“John spent a lot of time talking about his music philosophies — why certain decades have better music,” says the eyewitness. “He discussed his experiences with Aretha Franklin and made a joke about Tom Hanks.”

Onlookers said that John Mayer showed his nervousness a bit when Jennifer went to the restroom. John charmingly asked the table: “How am I doing?” Then cracked, “I am a wreck.” Everyone laughed and Jen’s stepmom, whom Jen referred to as “mom” throughout dinner, said, “Should we get our score cards out? Like on Dancing With the Stars?” John replied: “Exactly. It feels like Dancing with the Stars.”
