Nicky Hilton was out and about shopping for shoes and apparently forgot to wear a bra under her thin white tank top. See the revealing photos below.

Nicky Hilton always seems like the normal Hilton, almost quiet and subdued. But like they always say, you have to watch those quiet ones.
