Ex Busboy Sues Justin Timberlake (Photos)

Justin Timberlake is involved in a lawsuit filed by an ex-busboy at his restaurant in Manhattan called “Southern Hospitality BBQ & Bar”. The angry busboy states he wasn’t paid a fair wage during the year he worked at the restaurant.

The restaurant called Southern Hospitality BBQ & Bar is owned by Justin Timberlake, Trace Aylaya, and a few others. And apparently their former busboy felt he was shortchanged while working at the establishment.

In a federal lawsuit that was filed Friday in New York, Felipe Ramales, 26, claims he and other employees were not ever given their share of the automatic gratuity charges that had been applied to tables of six people or more. And Ramales also alleges he often worked over 40 hours a week and did not receive overtime pay.

A rep for Southern Hospitality states there is no basis for the lawsuit.

Restaurant manager Chris Russell said that staffers took home all their tips and that employee salaries were well over minimum wage.
