It is not uncommon to find darkening creams in everything from bath soaps to lotions in North America. The more orange your skin, the purer your health, is the basic belief all throughout North America. We won’t even mention the procedures used to tan the skin with heat lamps or under the sun. All of this may have something to do with the large ratio of women compared to men that are available to date, marry, etc. Who knows? In my travels throughout North America and Europe, I’m always impressed as to the extent more than a few women go through in order to enhance their appearances.
