William Shatner is totally trashing his old “Star Trek” co-star George Takei. William Shatner posted on his website on Wednesday a video, in which he lashes out at Takei for not inviting him to his wedding to Brad Altman last month. See the William Shatner rant at George Takei below.

William Shatner seems to be quite pissed at his former Star Trek co-star, George Takei. Shatner, 77, said George Takei, who played “Sulu”, on Star Trek has a grudge against him, which is why he did not invite him to Takei’s wedding to long-time partner, Brad Altman. William Shatner is a freak, check out the video of him talking about George Takei.
“The whole thing makes me feel badly,” Shatner said in the video. “Poor man. There is such a sickness there. It’s so patently obvious that there is a psychosis there. I don’t know what his original thing about me was. I have no idea.”
Takei and Brad Atlman tied the knot on Sept. 15. “Star Trek” alums Nichelle Nichols and Walter Koenig — who played Uhura and Chekhov, attended the ceremony at the Japanese American National Museum. George Takei and Brad Altman maintain that Shatner was invited to their wedding, but he never responded to the invitation.
“It is unfortunate that Bill was unable to join us for our wedding as he indeed was invited to attend,” Takei responded. “It is our hope that at this point he joins us in voting no on Proposition 8, which seeks to eliminate the fundamental right for same-sex couples to marry in California.”
Shatner said he felt he never knew Takei when they worked together on the original TV series and later in the “Star Trek” films. So why would he expect to be invited if the two were never close on the show?
The “Boston Legal” co-star also attacked Takei’s decision to come out of the closet later in life, saying “Who cares? Be gay. Don’t be gay. That’s up to you, George.”

Chris Doohan wrote on his blog a few years ago that Shatner and his father, James Doohan made up after years of feuding, but at the last minute and the last time they saw each other, William Shatner did a terrible thing to Doohan.
It was the last day of the “Beam me up, Scotty, one last time” convention at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood, when all the original Star Trek Stars were to get up on stage for the last time. Although James was ill, he still had his wits about him and was looking forward to this event.
Chris wrote that it was about 5 minutes before the big event, when he heard Shatner (who was right behind Chris, talking to Nimoy) say “I don’t want to deal with all this Alzheimer’s crap anymore, I’m outta here” (Mr. Doohan had the early stages of the disease).
Well, he left and without even saying goodbye to his old pal (I use that term lightly). The crowd of hundred paid good money to see this final event, but Shatner was gone. It was said by the promoter of the event, Sky Conway, that Shatner was mad because he wanted to go on stage earlier in the day with Neil Armstrong, but he refused (Mr. Armstrong is a bit stage shy). It should be known that Leonard Nimoy left too. There was no comment about that mystery.
