Lil’ Wayne aka Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., was present during the birth of his newborn son, Dwayne Michael Carter III, who was born at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. Lil Wayne’s baby mama has been identified as Sarah B. and not Nivea, who was rumored to be in a relationship with Lil Wayne.
Lil Wayne announced his son’s pending birth during his acceptance speech for “Lyricist of the Year” at the 2008 BET Hip-Hop Awards on Sunday.
Lil Wayne has attempted to keep the identity of his “baby mama” a secret, but rumors swirled last month that Nivea was pregnant with his child.
But now sources say Lil Wayne’s baby mam is Sarah B, 22, a Vietnamese/Caucasian model originally from Cincinnati.
“Sarah met Wayne at a concert three years ago and she followed him on tour after that,” according to Babble.com. “The pair have been an on-again, off-again couple for some time. I’m assuming they’re on again.”
“According to a Cincinnati tattoo artist, Sarah even has her chest tattooed with Mrs. Carter and her back tattoo says Weezy,” continued the Babble.com report.
This is the first son for Lil Wayne, but he does have an 8 year-old daughter named Reginae Carter from his previous relationship.
