Madonna Gets Custody Of The Children (Photos)

Madonna and Guy Ritchie announced their divorce last week, and have reached an agreement over custody of their three children. Madonna will have custody of their children. Read more below.

It looks as if Madonna and Ritchie have reached an agreement in the custody of their three children.

Madonna will have custody of her daughters Lourdes, 12, from a previous relationship, as well as the couple’s eight-year-old biological son Rocco and their three-year-old adopted son David Banda, the newspaper reported.

Madonna will have the children with her in the United States, but Ritchie would have “broad access” to David and Rocco.

Guy Ritchie, who is expected to receive up to £60 million in the divorce settlement, is planning to purchase a home in New York so he can see his children, the Mail on Sunday reported.
