Hustler Publishes Deceased Nancy Benoit’s Nude Pictures

This is sick! Larry Flynt’s “Hustler” Magazine is publishing Nancy Benoit’s nude pictures in their March 2008 issue. Nancy Benoit is the murdered wife of wrestler Chris Benoit. Nancy Benoit’s family sued Hustler over the photos but lost their lawsuit today. See Nancy Benoit’s pictures below.

Hustler Magazine has never been classy or tasteful but this new move takes the cake! Hustler is publishing murdered Nancy Benoit’s naked photos in their March 2008 issue.

Nancy Benoit’s family filed a lawsuit but Judge Thomas Thrash ruled that photographer Mark Samansky did not violate the privacy of Benoit, the former professional wrestling personality and wife of deceased wrestler Chris Benoit.

Chris Benoit killed Nancy and Daniel, the couple’s 7-year-old son, at the family’s Fayetteville home before taking his own life in late June 2007.

Nancy Elizabeth Toffoloni Daus (later -Sullivan-Benoit) was a prominent character in the professional wrestling business, and was quite the sex symbol for many years. Her contoversial appearances in Florida as the BDSM themed slave of Kevin Sullivan known as The Fallen Angel were highlighted by scantily dressed (or undressed) pictures of her in the 1980s wrestling magazines.

Nancy was allegedly doing bikini competitions in Florida when one of the hosts told her she would be in Penthouse magazine. The host setup a photoshoot for her and then videotaped the session. Nancy chose to never submit the photos and later on even destroyed them, but never knew about or even got the video, which is now allegedly in the possession of Hustler magazine. And you have to know that video will be made available online.

The photos of Nancy Benoit were taken in the late 1980’s and were part of the “Fallen Angel” gig. Either way you look at it, it’s very distasteful to be publishing naked photos of the dead woman, Nancy Benoit.
