Stacy Elizabeth Beshear, 34, has been charged with stalking Los Angeles Lakers forward, Luke Walton. Stacy Elizabeth Beshear of El Segundo was arrested September 18th after she pulled up to Luke Walton’s car and pretended to fire gunshots at him with her hand. An El Segundo woman charged with stalking Lakers forward Luke Walton pleaded no contest today and was ordered to stay away from him for three years, prosecutors said.
Deputy Dist. Atty. Ann Ambrose, a stalking unit prosecutor, said Stacy Elizabeth Beshear, 35, entered the plea to one count of misdemeanor stalking. Beshear was sentenced to three years probation, ordered to attend weekly counseling sessions for one year and ordered to stay away from Walton.
As part of the sentence, she must also stay away from his home, wherever he practices with the Lakers and team games for three years.

Police Sergeant Steve Tobias said Stacy Elizabeth Beshear of El Segundo was arrested September 18th after she pulled up to Luke Walton’s car and pretended to fire gunshots at him with her hand. WTF?
Beshear has pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor count of stalking. Stacy Elizabeth Beshear has a trial date of November 6th set for the stalking case. Beshear faces up to a year in county jail if convicted, district attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison said on Tuesday.
LA Lakers forward Luke Walton said Beshear has been harassing him since late last year. Walton told the Orange County Register that Stacy Beshear waited outside his Manhattan Beach home numerous times and wrote on his car with a marker after he refused to sign an autograph.
“When she pulled up to my house and started yelling at me after she fired a fake gun at me, I couldn’t help but to start yelling back at her,” Walton said. “She was in my driveway. But when we were interacting, I could tell by the stuff she was saying that she’s not all there in the head — which makes me feel bad for her.
“At the same time, most people who go on killing sprees are people who aren’t all there in the head.”
Stacy Elizabeth Beshear, 34, isn’t petite by any means at 6 feet tall in height and 210 pounds, but she doesn’t seem like too much of a threat to Luke Walton, 28, who is 6′8″ and weighs 232 pounds.
That would be somewhat creepy though huh? Police also say Beshear has made other hand gestures like flipping the bird at Walton.

He averages 5.8 points a game in his career. So did Lonnie Baxter and you don’t see anyone stalking him!
