But Holly Madison, 28, confirmed the breakup to TMZ Monday saying, “Hef and I aren’t together”. Hefner’s number one girlfriend Holly Madison has already moved out of the mansion. So the rumors of Holly Madison leaving Hugh Hefner and the Playboy Mansion were true! After many denials from Holly in interviews and on her blog, it seems Holly and Hugh have ended their relationship.

Holly Madison was known as Hefner’s no. 1 girlfriend, but she has left the Playboy Mansion and has moved into her own condo.

Madison and Hugh Hefner have been together for seven years. Hefner’s girlfriends have become famous for the association with Hefner as well as the reality show called “The Girls Next Door”. The three girlfriends are Kendra Wilkinson, 23, Bridget Marquardt, 36, and of course Holly Madison.

Although Hefner and Holly Madison have gone their separate ways, there will be another season of The Girls Next Door. “The three of us are still filming stuff together,” she said. In September, Hefner revealed that his relationships with his 3 girlfriends were in transition, especially his romance with Madison. Holly has announced numerous times on the show over the past 5 seasons that she desperately wants to get married and have a baby before age 30.

“I love [Holly] very much, but she wants very much to get married and have children, but that isn’t in the cards for me,” says Hugh. “So there has to be a certain reality there. And I’m sure the time will come when she’ll be dating others. That’s part of the transition.”

Rumors have swirled about Holly Madison and Criss Angel, while Kendra Wilkinson is said to be engaged to Hank Baskett of the Philadelphia Eagles. Not to mention that Hugh Hefner is actually still married to his second wife and mother to his two sons, Kimberley Conrad.

Hefner intended to leave Holly Madison $3 million when he dies. Kendra and Bridget, his other girlfriends, will receive $500,000 each. But after their breakup, Hefner might change his will.
