(Except when she lost a lot of weight.) The lower leg length, with a slightly thick ankle, matches the proportion of someone of her short height & weight. The awkward angle of the photo does make her head look small...usually, her head looks huge in comparison to the rest of her (until you get to the hip & thigh area).
