Kim Kardashian, reality TV star, and her professional dance partner, Mark Ballas, were sent home from DWTS’s Tuesday. The couple received a score of 17 out of 30 from the show’s judges following an unimpressive rumba routine. So Kim Kardashian of E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star eliminated after their score, and combined with viewer votes.
“Today, five years ago, my father passed away, and I just know he’s really happy and watching over me, and I made him proud,” Kardashian, daughter of late attorney Robert Kardashian and reality co-star Kris Jenner, said after her dismissal from the show.
Model Brooke Burke and partner Derek Hough still remain in the top spot after dominating the first week of competition. The pair tied with former Oakland Raiders defensive lineman Warren Sapp and partner Kym Johnson. Both dancing couples scored a 24 for their paso doble routines Monday.
Other celebrities remaining in the competition include celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito; singers Lance Bass and Toni Braxton; Olympic gold medalists Maurice Greene and Misty May-Treanor; actresses Cloris Leachman and Susan Lucci and actor Cody Linley.
Many guessed that Cloris Leachman would be sent home this week! But what a surprise, it was Kim Kardashian.

It’s kind of amazing but somehow the show managed to make me feel sorry for Kim. Not that she was voted off, but that she was on it to begin with. No one in her scene let her know that it might not be the best showcase for her ‘abilities’?
