Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen caused a security alert when he decided to stroll down the catwalk at Milan Fashion Week, at a fashion show for Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, as his “Bruno” character - the flamboyant Austrian fashion dude. Sacha Baron-Cohen broke out one of his crazy characters at a fashion show in Italy. Many of us are more familiar with his “Borat” character, but this time it was “Bruno” who crashed the Milan runway, and was detained by police.
“Bruno” was dressed in a black cloak, and a crazy mix of clothing, and Cohen strutted down the catwalk past the other’ models.
The police were called when Sacha Baron-Cohen refused to leave. Models screamed and security guards took Cohen away. Italian television showed Sacha Baron-Cohen as “Bruno” the Austrian fashionista.
Cohen has been in Milan working on a new film called Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Male. We bet this “Bruno” episode will be in this next movie.
