DJ AM Out Of Hospital: DJ AM Burn Pictures

A spokeswoman for DJ AM says the celebrity DJ has been released from a Georgia hospital after suffering severe burns in a terrible plane crash a week ago. Read more about DJ AM and Travis Barker’s conditions below.

Jenni Weinman stated on Friday that DJ AM, aka Adam Goldstein, has been released from the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta.

DJ AM and the former Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker, have been in the burn center since last week after a tragic plane crash in South Carolina. c

Four people lost their lives in the learjet crash, which ocurred late September 19th. Travis Barker and DJ AM were able to escape the burning plane by sliding down the learjet’s wing.

DJ AM is said to be on his way back to Los Angeles. His rep stated:

“While he is deeply saddened by the events he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving from fans and friends world wide. We ask that you continue respect his privacy as he rests and heals and mourns the loss of his friends.”

Drummer Travis Barker is still in the burn hospital in Georgia where he’s being treated for burns to his torso and lower body.

Travis’s buddy, Jermaine Dupri recently paid a visit to Travis and told People magazine, “He’s supposed to send a message out to everybody in a couple of days to let everybody know that he’s feeling better. He’s definitely feeling the love from everyone.”

Reports are stating that Travis Barker should be out of the hospital in about two weeks.

Doctors expect full recoveries for these talented guys, we are all so thankful they are alive and well, but it’s so sad for those that lost their loved ones in the plane crash.
