Jamie Lynn Spears’ breast feeding pictures have been stolen and are now being shopped around. The actress is underage, so any nude photos of Jamie Lynn are considered child pornography. The photos of Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding were taken by boyfriend Casey Aldridge, and developed at Walmart.

Jamie Lynn Spears had some intimate photos going to the highest buyer somewhere in the world. It is truly sick when someone would take photos of you breastfeeding your baby, to sell. The pictures are of Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding her baby girl, Maddie Brian, and some photos have her breast exposed.

The pictures were reportedly taken by Jamie Lynn’s fiancé, Casey Aldridge, usin his cell phone. Aldridge took the pictures to a local Wal-Mart to be developed, where someone must have made themselves some extra copies. Now the thief is attempting to sell the private photos of Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding her baby. Isn’t that just sick?

These photos are also said to include her sister, Britney Spears holding the baby, one of Jamie Lynn, Britney, Brian, Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears around Jamie Lynn’s hospital bed, after she gave birth. Sources say there are also pictures of baby Maddie Briann, and Jamie Lynn in her nightgown holding the baby.

At her age, Jamie Lynn is still a minor, so the buying or selling of these nude photos, even if they are of breast-feeding and not of sexual nature, could be a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. The pictures of Jamie Lynn’s exposed breast could put someone in jail.

Police are now involved and looking for the man attempting to sell the photos, and Britney’s lawyers may go after Wal-Mart for the alleged stolen photos.
