Hilary Swank had a benign growth removed. Swank has opted to recover at her home.

Hilary Swank had her operation at a medical center in L.A. She had experienced discomfort and complained to her doctor. The exact nature of the growth and problem were not revealed. Swank’s manager, Jason Weinberg, said she needed to rest and recover. Swank is cleared from all health problems.

Swank was last seen in public at New York Fashion Week. She flew back to the West Coast fro her treatment. She will be expected to start work on “Betty Ann Walters”, a drama movie about a woman who won reprieve for her imprisoned brother.
