You must have it least 8 glasses. I mix apple cider vinegar and honey. I take 5 tablespoons of that beore taking my hep c meds. I use a lot os Simple Saline Nose Spray. I am not suffering with my treatment. Prior to the apple cider vinegar and honey I had horrible acid reflux and nausea.The apple cider and vinegar helps kill the bad bacteria. The Hep c meds are killing the virus along with some good bacteria. That is why it is so important to drink a lot of water. It has to flush out of your system. I also use Nioxin shampoo the helps remove the chemicals from my hair.The medicine comes out thru your hair. Everything you put in your body or on your skin goes thru your liver and out in your hair. I just mixed a jar up of 1/2 apple cider vingar and 1/2 honey stir it well. Take about 5 tablesoons before your meds approx 15 mintues before your meds.Drink lots of water and keep your nose moist with ocean spray, simple saline. Thank GOD that you are going to get better.
