Nicole Richie Leaves Joel Madden? (Pics)

Nicole Richie reportedly left Joel Madden, taking baby Harlow, and headed to her mother’s home. Reports say that things only became worse after Nicole Richie caught Joel Madden flirting with Mischa Barton. Read more after the bump.

Nicole Richie had a nasty fight with “babydaddy” Joel Madden, and reportedly packed her bags and went to her mom’s.

Rumors have circulated for months about Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s fights on everything from marriage to Joel’s flirting.

Recently it’s being reported by Star Magazine, that Nicole was fed up and said, “We’re through,” and fled to her mother’s home, taking their daughter, Harlow, with her.

Nicole did return to their home the next day but a friend says Richie was sending Joel a message through her actions. “This was her way of sending Joel a message,” says the pal. “Nicole loves him, but things need to change.”

Several days later, things between Joel and Nicole were still tense. Nicole left to New York City with Harlow to attend Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Joel followed Nicole to New York, and the couple made a brief appearance at the Charlotte Ronson afterparty at Country Club on Sept. 6.

“She was just in a miserable mood, and there was obvious tension,” an eyewitness tells Star. “I didn’t see her talk to Joel the entire night, and it seemed like he was avoiding her too. Nicole was just so angry!”

The following day, Joel Madden walked out on Nicole and headed to Los Angeles to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards party at the Chateau Marmont hotel.

And although their relationship is in trouble, Joe Madden partied with Mischa Barton, who had just broken up with her boyfriend, Taylor Locke. Barton was said to be front-row center at the show, dancing seductively for Joel, says a source. “He kept checking out Mischa and smiling at her.”

Star Magazine also reports that Paris was snapping pics on her cellphone and sending them to Nicole Richie. And Star also has stated that Joel Madden and Nicole Richie live in separate rooms in their home. This doesn’t sound like their relationship will last does it?
