Julie was a brilliant and funny person with a big heart, who loved her daughter, she must have been in a very bad place to have done that on purpose, this was an accident and I don't think Julie would have done that with her daughter there.Something is not right. I hope the police don't screw uo the investigation and I truly hope they are able to find something conclusive so we can all rest knowing there wasn't foul play. Julie will be missed! This is sad.
